One duration vocabulary now covers lessons, training pages and videos alike — chips read the tag description everywhere.

## What changed

Courses said '2h', videos said '25 minutes', training said nothing. Every duration now comes from one site-wide ramp, rendered identically wherever it appears.

## Why

You should be able to glance at any card anywhere and know the time commitment. Consistency is a feature.
