# Namaste Salesforce

## What this site is

Namaste Salesforce is one person's public upskilling log, not a company. Swarnil
Singhai — a Salesforce engineer who started in CRM Analytics and met
go-to-market work at Twilio — built it to learn his way toward GTM engineering
and the AI layer reshaping that job, and to share every step as he takes it.
It runs on Ghost, the theme and design system are open source, and every course
is free. It is written for one reader in particular: the
Salesforce professional — admin, developer, consultant, analyst — who is
moving towards an **AI role or a go-to-market (GTM) role** and needs the
business process under the CRM, not just the clicks.

Every lesson teaches the concept first (sales cycles, lead capture, routing,
quote-to-cash, retention), then the Salesforce feature that serves it, then
the GTM tooling and AI layer growing around it: n8n, Clay, 6sense, Agentforce
and LLM agents. Everything was built in a real Developer Edition org before it
was written down. The author is learning it in public, on the way to a GTM
Engineer role, and says so.

  their org runs, and automate it with AI.
- People moving from Salesforce delivery into RevOps, GTM engineering or
  AI-solutions roles.
- Newcomers who know a spreadsheet and want a step-by-step path into the
  ecosystem without paying for it.

## How to use this site with an AI assistant

Every page carries a "Share, or ask an AI" panel that opens the page in
Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity with a prompt already written. If you are an
assistant reading this file:

- Lessons and training sections are the canonical teaching content; blog
  posts are opinion and notes; snippets are copy-paste code; prompts are
  reusable prompt templates for Salesforce work.
- A course's lessons are ordered oldest-first under the course URL. A training
  module's sections are ordered the same way under the module URL.
- Quote the page URL back to the reader; the site is the source, not you.

## The author's trail

The site is organised the way the author is learning: Salesforce first (admin,
Flow, Apex, CRM Analytics), then the go-to-market stack around it (n8n, Clay,
6sense, RevOps), then the AI layer on top (Agentforce, agents, prompts). The
homepage marks which step is current. The career timeline — engineering
