Namaste Salesforce — End-to-End Training Curriculum
Version: 1.1 · Scale: 15 phases · 110 sections · ~1,292 lessons
Path model: /training/{section-slug}/{lesson-slug}/
How this maps to Ghost
Your routes.yaml gives /training/ exactly two levels. So:
| Layer | Ghost object | Tags | URL |
|---|---|---|---|
| Section (e.g. Apex) | a landing post, slug = the section tag's slug | #module (internal) + the public tag |
/training/apex/ |
| Lesson (e.g. Variables) | a post, primary tag = the section's public tag | primary tag Apex + #training (internal) |
/training/apex/variables/ |
Rules that keep it working
- The section landing post's slug must equal its public tag's slug. That equality is what nests the lessons and drives prev/next.
- Every lesson's primary tag is the section tag. Nothing else may be primary.
#trainingis the collection tag. Without it the lesson falls to the/archive/catch-all.- Never put the word training in a section or lesson slug — it is already in the path.
- No numbers in slugs. Order lives in the tag's post order, not the URL.
Naming convention used below
- Section title: 1–3 words ("Apex", "User Provisioning", "CRM Analytics").
- Lesson title: short human phrase ("Variables", "How to Create a User").
- Lesson slug: the sentence a person types into Google.
Every section also ships (not listed per-section to save space, but mandatory per your instructions):
{section}/glossary/— every term this section introduced{section}/{topic}-interview-questions/— always the last lesson
Add ~2 lessons per section for these; the ~1,060 count below excludes them.

Add the mandatory glossary and interview-questions lesson per section (110 × 2 = 220) and you are at ~1,292 lessons. Phase 0 alone is 229 lessons — the foundation is the product.
Ghost setup checklist per section
- Create the public tag — name
Apex, slugapex, description = the section one-liner, feature image = the section thumbnail. - Create the section landing post — title
Apex, slugapex, tags#module+Apex. Publish. It lands on/training/apex/. - Create each lesson post — primary tag
Apex, plus#training. It lands on/training/apex/{slug}/. - Order lessons by
published_at(your routes useorder: published_at ascon the module collection; lesson order inside a tag follows the tag's post order — set it deliberately). - Log the slug in
url-ledger.mdbefore publishing. Never edit a published slug.
Internal tags to keep reserved: #module, #training. Do not reuse them anywhere else, or the collections will pull in posts you didn't intend.
Thumbnails
Thumbnails are not generated here. When you want them, ask for a section by name and I'll run the thumbnail prompt generator — one full prompt for the section cover, then OBJECT-block swaps for the lessons.
