I can't sign in

Fixes for magic-link and login problems.

Sign-in is passwordless — you request a link and click it. If it's not working:

  1. Check the link hasn't expired (they're single-use and time-limited) — request a fresh one.
  2. Look in spam/promotions folders for the email.
  3. Make sure you're opening the link on the same device/browser where possible.
  4. Add our sending address to your contacts to stop future links being filtered.
